Auburn Street Reserve
There are plenty of cafes and places to find refreshments close by during lunch breaks. There is a kitchen at the venue also for our use (for hot drinks and a fridge for storing lunches).
There is limited parking at the venue. There is parking in the surrounding streets.
Please allow for extra time to find your parking – so that you are ready in the hall for Yoga at least 20 minutes before the start of each session, so that we can begin on time. Thank you!

What To Bring
We are not able to provide yoga props. Please bring with you:
- Yoga mat
- 3 blankets
- 1 firm yoga bolster
- A yoga block and belt
- A thick bath towel and a thin hand towel
- a 19cm Gertie Ball or Muscle Release Ball
If you are flying in from out of Auckland and are unable to bring the larger props, please let us know and we’ll do our best to provide you with some.
If you are able to bring extra props for others – this would be so very appreciated 🙂
Consider also bringing a notebook and pen for your own use, plus water to keep yourself hydrated.
