Evolving Towards Simplicity
with Donna Farhi
Five Day Yoga Intensive
10th-14th April 2026
Herne Bay, Auckland
The practice of yoga asana (postures) can be distilled into “seed” forms that constitute an alphabet we can use for our own purpose and to achieve our personal goals. Through subtle adaption, variations, gradation, and creative sequencing, these simple forms can have almost infinite application. Through sensing and feeling what is needed, we can learn to move into a practice by sensing, feeling and listening to what the body is already self-suggesting.
Each day of this intensive will be divided into a morning and afternoon session. We’ll explore a wide variety of practices, from active practices that build strength and vitality to more passive practices that restore calm and relaxation.
Yoga practitioners of all levels of experience are welcome to attend.
