Sunday 2nd May: Digestive Organs, Fluids
Both days: 9.30 - 12.30pm and 2 - 4.30pm
What To Bring
Please bring with you your Yoga mat, water to keep yourself hydrated, wear clothes you can move in and consider also bringing a notebook and pen for your own use.
