200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Sample Timetable

The structure of the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is based on both progress through each day, and from day to day. The same structured approach is used for each of the 200-Hour course options: Nine Weekends or Two 9-Day Intensives or One 20-Day Intensive.
