Please note: we reserve the right to change the dates, times and venue of any training course. These terms are subject to change. We have more than reached our minimum numbers so this course will go ahead. We offer a full refund if courses do not go ahead.
Students are only certified if they attend the full training and complete all the assignments to Contemporary Yoga Ltd's satisfaction. Students may make up any absence from the training by attending future trainings, or by arranging catch-up sessions with faculty (for an additional fee at the student's cost), with the agreement of Contemporary Yoga Ltd.

By enrolling on any of our 200-hour courses or 300-hour modules / Advanced Teacher Training Modules, or workshops, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with Yoga and any physical exercise.
You accept these risks and enter into these Yoga trainings freely of your own decision so that you will hold no-one, including Contemporary Yoga Ltd, or any of the teaching faculty or teaching assistants, to blame for any injury, whether physical or mental, arising out of the attendance of the training, associated exercises and following of any printed literature and use of the premises.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Our courses are designed for a small number of students, we employ a range of highly trained tutors, have excellent training resources, and provide comfortable learning conditions for your optimal learning experience. We keep costs as low possible which means that we rely on timely payments.
- Payment of full amount at time of registration is preferred.
- Full payment must be completed 30 working days prior to course start date.
- Minimum participant numbers are set for each course. If the minimum number is not reached then the course may be cancelled. Participants will be notified four weeks prior to course start date and will have the option to choose to defer to another training if one is available, or receive a full refund.
- Please ensure that you read and understand the late payment and cancellation policies. Due to the small numbers and bespoke nature of our courses we maintain strict payment and cancellation policies which we enforce without exception.
Late Payment Policy
Payment must be made by the due date.
If payment is not made on the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and offer your place to another person. We will refund your deposit less $250.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy which we enforce without exception.
- If cancelled prior to three months of course start date a refund of the amount paid, less a $100 administration fee will be made.
- If cancelled within three months of start date and only the course deposit has been paid – there will be no refund unless a replacement is found. If a replacement is found prior to the course commencement then a refund of the deposit, less a $250 administration fee will be made.
- If cancelled within three months of start date and full payment has been paid, a refund of the full amount less the deposit ($1000) will be made unless a replacement is found then a refund of the full amount, less $250 administration fee will be made.
- There is no refund for cancellations within seven days of the course commencement.
Note: In rare circumstances, deferment to another training may be considered at the discretion of the directors. This is subject to space availability on a future training, and the future continuity of that training. - In the unlikely event that Contemporary Yoga cancels a training, you will be given the options of deferment (if available) or a full refund.
