NEPAL FUNDRAISING
with Karla Brodie
As part of a long association with monasteries and the people of Nepal, Karla is one of many yoga teachers donating their time and energy to raise funds to assist with the rebuilding following the devastating earthquakes in April this year.
There were 9,000 people killed and more than 23,000 injured, along with hundreds of thousands made homeless. Entire villages were flattened. Many countries and aid agencies have pledged help and funds, although much more assistance is needed.
Karla’s fundraising classes are an ongoing initiative, open to all. Watch for upcoming dates in our News panels.
